• စားရကံြကံု မုတ်ဆိတ်ပျားစွဲ
• Destined to feast on honey, bees swarm on his beard.

• ကုသိုလ်ဖန် ဗိမာန်အသင့် ဘံုအသင့်
• Past merit provides him with a manor in the (celestial) abode.

• ကံမရှိ ဉာဏ်ရှိတိုင်းမွဲ
• Lack of past merit consigns a person to a life of poverty, however resourceful he may be.

• ကံဆိုးမသွားရာ မိုးလိုက်လို့ရွာ
• Rain follows the unlucky maid wherever she goes.

• နူရာ၀ဲစွဲ လဲရာသူခိုးေထာင်း
• Eczema develps on top of leprosy and a knave pummels him where he fell.
